Website is back online and operational at this time. We will monitor this closely for any more errors.
We have identified the ongoing issues as a outdated package or module that is preventing the site from having a successful start up.
I am working on resolving this as soon as possible but it may take some time.
Issues have been resolved
Our ticket panel is currently unavailable as we deal with some DMS issues. Services will he restored again as soon as possible.
Our ticket system is still online and working however the panel/website for it is unavailable.
Issues seem to be resolved at this time. We will continue to monitor for any further issues.
We have pushed a stable fix for this issue and are currently monitoring the results!
We are aware of an issue where our Database may drop the collection when a bot is approved and are working with the Mongoose Team to get this issue resolved. For now please approve and deny bots with caution and let a Dev or Head Dev know when you plan on approving.
All services are coming back online and should be restored within the next 20 mins. Our main site and API are online we are still working on things like the ticket panel.

Services have been restored however we are investigating a issue which is at times causing a choppy connection to the main website.
Proxy Services have been set up and configured with additional error handling. We will now begin bringing services back online

All services are offline while we look for a better, friendly. more reliable hosting provider without all the drama and bullshit. Please be patient while i work out the issues!
We are investigating some issues with our Database which is causing bots to be deleted randomly. This issue appears to be related to some incompatible versions or something of the sort.
These issues will be resolved at our hosting providers earliest convenience!
