    Ticket Panel is back online and operational.

    We are aware that our Ticket/Transcript system is offline and we are working hard to get it back online as soon as we can.

    Users can still open and interact with our Ticket System it’s just the transcripts that are down as such this isn’t a immediate concern.

Increased Traffic and Response Times

    All services have been restored back to our full potential. Everything should be back online and responsive minus a few of our bots which we will boot up soon. Thanks for your patience during this matter ❤️

    We have rolled out a handicapped temporary fix to help us recover from a targeted attack on our Tampa based Servers. All services appear to be back online on a cloud server until our hosting provider is able to to go and move and reset the server.

    All Bot Submissions have been put on hold for the time being to ensure we have all hands on deck to assist in this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

    We are aware of and monitoring an increase and server traffic and response times and are doing what we can to mitigate the issues at hand, All services will come and go during this time and we hope to have it resolved as soon as possible.

    Things are slowly coming back online as the DC mitigates their own issues.

    We are currently having outside network connectivity issues similar to the ones we had a week or two ago. Our host is looking into it and will provide updates once these issues have been resolved.

    This issue has been resolved, all services should we working as normal but we’re continuing to monitor the issue.

    Our host is currently looking into issues with their data centers connectivity, services are degraded and some things have been booted offline while others are just struggling to send packets.

    We will keep everyone updated when we find the root cause to this set of issues that have been happening over the past 2 days.

    All issues have been resolved following some minor Server and Dependency Updates.

    Issues have been identified as Updates from our Data Center/Hosting Provider. All services are actively being restored and all should be once again operational within a few minutes.

    All issues have been resolved and services have been restored ❤️

    Issues have been resolved and all services are coming back online but may still be unavailable for some users based on location as Cloudflare is still actively doing some Upgrades to their Datacenter.

    We will be downgrading this incident to “degraded performance” and will continue to monitor the Cloudflare status

    We are continuing to monitor the status of the issues at hand and will post an update as soon as one is available. Currently discord is having issues with all US East based Servers

    Discord is having connection issues with everyone on their east servers, which means basically all of our discord services are having connection issues. I'm actually unable to login to Discord itself, so I'm sure our bots/website is having issues as well.

Data Center Blip

    Our data center had a internet outage blip that lasted under 2 minutes long, all services are back online at this time.
