    Hi all, I am aware we seem to be having some issues regarding you guys posting server stats to the site. Maxim our Contributor has been working hard to get a new and faster API done for us! ❤ We should have this sorted within the next 3-4 weeks! I suggest for now you guys don't post stats as this will rate limit you!

Ticket Panel Downtime

    We are monitoring issues causing random connection time outs on both our main Website and API following Discords connection issues.

    At the moment we are restarting all our services but the issues may remain present we are working on a immediate fix!

Transcript Failure

    Ticket Panel is back online and operational.

    We are aware that our Ticket/Transcript system is offline and we are working hard to get it back online as soon as we can.

    Users can still open and interact with our Ticket System it’s just the transcripts that are down as such this isn’t a immediate concern.

Increased Traffic and Response Times

    All services have been restored back to our full potential. Everything should be back online and responsive minus a few of our bots which we will boot up soon. Thanks for your patience during this matter ❤️

    We have rolled out a handicapped temporary fix to help us recover from a targeted attack on our Tampa based Servers. All services appear to be back online on a cloud server until our hosting provider is able to to go and move and reset the server.

    All Bot Submissions have been put on hold for the time being to ensure we have all hands on deck to assist in this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

    Discord is having connection issues with everyone on their east servers, which means basically all of our discord services are having connection issues. I'm actually unable to login to Discord itself, so I'm sure our bots/website is having issues as well.
