Maxim our Contributor has been working hard to get a new and faster API done for us! ❤ We should have this sorted within the next 3-4 weeks! I suggest for now you guys don't post stats as this will rate limit you!

    Users can still open and interact with our Ticket System it’s just the transcripts that are down as such this isn’t a immediate concern.

Increased Traffic and Response Times

    We have rolled out a handicapped temporary fix to help us recover from a targeted attack on our Tampa based Servers. All services appear to be back online on a cloud server until our hosting provider is able to to go and move and reset the server.

    All Bot Submissions have been put on hold for the time being to ensure we have all hands on deck to assist in this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

    Discord is having connection issues with everyone on their east servers, which means basically all of our discord services are having connection issues. I'm actually unable to login to Discord itself, so I'm sure our bots/website is having issues as well.
