    We are aware that our Ticket/Transcript system is offline and we are working hard to get it back online as soon as we can.

    Users can still open and interact with our Ticket System it’s just the transcripts that are down as such this isn’t a immediate concern.

    All services have been restored back to our full potential. Everything should be back online and responsive minus a few of our bots which we will boot up soon. Thanks for your patience during this matter ❤️

    We have rolled out a handicapped temporary fix to help us recover from a targeted attack on our Tampa based Servers. All services appear to be back online on a cloud server until our hosting provider is able to to go and move and reset the server.

    All Bot Submissions have been put on hold for the time being to ensure we have all hands on deck to assist in this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible.

    Our host is currently looking into issues with their data centers connectivity, services are degraded and some things have been booted offline while others are just struggling to send packets.

    All issues have been resolved and services have been restored ❤️

    Issues have been resolved and all services are coming back online but may still be unavailable for some users based on location as Cloudflare is still actively doing some Upgrades to their Datacenter.

    We will be downgrading this incident to “degraded performance” and will continue to monitor the Cloudflare status

    Discord is having connection issues with everyone on their east servers, which means basically all of our discord services are having connection issues. I'm actually unable to login to Discord itself, so I'm sure our bots/website is having issues as well.
